BMP-7 is a member of the TGF-β superfamily which is supposed to be one of the most potent anabolic factors of chondrocytes. The growth factor domain of human BMP-7 shares 98% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat BMP-7.

Source	Human BMP-7 Protein is expressed from HEK293 without tag. It contains Met316-His431.
Molecular Weight	The protein has a predicted 13.1 kDa.
Purity	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Biological Activity	Determined by its ability to induce alkaline phosphatase production by ATDC-5 cells. The expected ED50 for this effect is 20-40 ng/ml.
Endotoxin	< 1 0EU /mg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized from a 0.22 μm filtered solution containing 0.085% TFA, 30% ACN,5% mannitol.
Reconstitution	Centrifuge the tube before opening. It is recommended to redissolve in 4 mM HCl.

 

儲存條件

 

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3-6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
