          （一）細(xì)胞實(shí)驗(yàn)（體外實(shí)驗(yàn)）
          


          Dorsomorphin dihydrochloride (0-10 μM，18 h)對(duì)人纖維肉瘤HT1080細(xì)胞2DG誘導(dǎo)的GRP78啟動(dòng)子活性具有劑量依賴性，但對(duì)衣霉素誘導(dǎo)的GRP78啟動(dòng)子活性影響不大。同時(shí)，Dorsomorphin dihydrochloride也抑制葡萄糖戒斷誘導(dǎo)的GRP78啟動(dòng)子活性。Dorsomorphin dihydrochloride對(duì)2DG誘導(dǎo)的PERK激活沒有影響，并降低了HT1080細(xì)胞中基礎(chǔ)的和2DG誘導(dǎo)的AMPK磷酸化水平。[1]
          


          （二）動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)（體內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)）
          


          Dorsomorphin dihydrochloride（10 mg/kg，靜脈注射）處理野生型(WT) C57BL/6成年小鼠，使小鼠總血清鐵濃度增加60%，有效下調(diào)hepcidin基礎(chǔ)水平表達(dá)，上調(diào)成年小鼠血清鐵濃度。[2]
