TACI, transmembrane activator and calcium-modulating cyclophilin ligand interactor, is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily and a regulator in the immune responses.TACI inhibits B cell expansion and promotes the differentiation and survival of plasma cells.

Source	Recombinant Human TACI/TNFRSF13B Protein is expressed from HEK293 cells with hFc tag  at the C-terminal. It contains Ser2-Thr166.
Molecular Weight	The protein has a predicted MW of 45.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 38-40 kDa and 50-55 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
Purity	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
Endotoxin	<1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).

 

儲(chǔ)存條件

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3 months, -25~-15℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
