9-ING-41是一種ATP競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性的GSK-3β選擇性抑制劑，IC₅₀為0.71 μM，具有廣泛的抗腫瘤活性，在嚙齒動(dòng)物中有良好耐受性。9-ING-41在細(xì)胞分裂前期靶向中心體和結(jié)合微管的GSK3β誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞周期停滯和凋亡。FDA已授予9-ING-41孤兒藥身份，用于治療神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤，批準(zhǔn)了9-ING-41用于人體I期/II期臨床試驗(yàn)。

（一）細(xì)胞實(shí)驗(yàn)（體外實(shí)驗(yàn)）

在BXPC3細(xì)胞中，9-ING-41 (5 μM)抑制NFκB介導(dǎo)的XIAP表達(dá)，導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞凋亡。^[1] 9-ING-41 (2-4 μM)降低神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤細(xì)胞活力并誘導(dǎo)凋亡。9-ING-41 (1-2 μM)是一種有效的淋巴瘤細(xì)胞周期阻斷劑。^[2]

（二）動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)（體內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)）

在淋巴瘤異種移植小鼠模型中，腹膜內(nèi)注射9-ING-41 (40 mg/kg)具有單藥抗腫瘤活性。^[2]
