產(chǎn)品描述
白介素10（IL-10）是一種免疫抑制細(xì)胞因子，由多種哺乳動物細(xì)胞類型產(chǎn)生，包括巨噬細(xì)胞、單核細(xì)胞、T細(xì)胞、B細(xì)胞和角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞。IL-10抑制促炎細(xì)胞因子如IL-1和TNF-α的表達(dá)。與IL-4一樣，IL-10增強(qiáng)體液免疫反應(yīng)并減弱細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的免疫反應(yīng)。
本品重組人IL-10以凍干粉形式提供，高活性、高純度、低內(nèi)毒素。

復(fù)溶方法 |
開蓋之前，先離心。使用去離子水復(fù)溶至濃度不低于0.1 mg/mL。建議首次使用時將蛋白分裝為每次實驗用量，避免反復(fù)凍融。 |

-25~-15℃保存，收到貨之后有效期1年。復(fù)溶后， -85~-65℃保存，3個月有效期。
