產(chǎn)品簡介
白介素5（Interleukin-5，IL-5）是一種造血生長因子，可刺激嗜酸性粒細胞的增殖和活化。IL-5由肥大細胞、T細胞和嗜酸性粒細胞產(chǎn)生，在誘導針對寄生蟲感染和某些腫瘤的細胞介導免疫中起著重要作用。IL-5水平升高會導致嗜酸性粒細胞增多癥，這可能會導致哮喘和其他過敏性疾病。人和小鼠IL-5具有跨物種反應性。
本品以液體形式提供，具有高純度、高活性和低內(nèi)毒素特點。
