復(fù)溶方法
開蓋之前，先離心。使用蒸餾水復(fù)溶凍干的蛋白質(zhì)，復(fù)溶濃度超過100 μg/mL。建議首次使用時(shí)將蛋白分裝為每次實(shí)驗(yàn)用量，避免反復(fù)凍融。
