產品描述
胰島素家族包括胰島素、胰島素樣生長因子1（IGF-1）、胰島素樣生長因子2（IGF-2）、它們的受體（IR、IGF-1R和IGF-2R）及其結合蛋白。由于三種配體序列同源且結構相似，因此它們參與細胞增殖、凋亡、蛋白質合成和代謝。胰島素樣生長因子2是胰島素家族的一員，它通過與三種具有不同親和力的受體結合，在胚胎發(fā)育、代謝紊亂和腫瘤發(fā)生中發(fā)揮重要作用。

-25~-15℃保存，收到貨之后有效期1年。復溶后， 2 ~8 °C保存，7天有效期。復溶后， -85~-65℃保存，3個月有效期。
復溶方法
開蓋之前，先離心。使用蒸餾水復溶凍干的蛋白質，復溶濃度超過100 μg/mL。建議首次使用時將蛋白分裝為每次實驗用量，避免反復凍融。
