白介素 (IL)-1 細(xì)胞因子家族目前由 11 個(gè)成員組成，它們在炎癥和癌癥中具有多效性功能。IL-1α 和 IL-1β 是 IL-1 家族中第一個(gè)被描述的成員，它們都通過相同的受體 IL-1R 發(fā)出信號。

復(fù)溶方法
開蓋之前，先離心。使用蒸餾水復(fù)溶凍干的蛋白質(zhì)，復(fù)溶濃度超過100 μg/mL。建議首次使用時(shí)將蛋白分裝為每次實(shí)驗(yàn)用量，避免反復(fù)凍融。
