白介素5（Interleukin-5，IL-5）是一種造血生長因子，可刺激嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞的增殖和活化。IL-5由肥大細(xì)胞、T細(xì)胞和嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生，在誘導(dǎo)針對寄生蟲感染和某些腫瘤的細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)免疫中起著重要作用。IL-5水平升高會導(dǎo)致嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞增多癥，這可能會導(dǎo)致哮喘和其他過敏性疾病。人和小鼠IL-5具有跨物種反應(yīng)性。
重組人IL-5是一種26.2kDa的二硫鍵連接的同源二聚體蛋白，含有兩條113個氨基酸鏈。本品以液體形式提供，高活性、高純度、低內(nèi)毒素、無標(biāo)簽。
