          Flt3配體是一種調(diào)節(jié)早期造血細(xì)胞增殖的生長因子,其與表達(dá)酪氨酸激酶受體Flt3的細(xì)胞結(jié)合。Flt3配體本身不刺激早期造血細(xì)胞的增殖，但與其他CSF和白細(xì)胞介素協(xié)同誘導(dǎo)生長和分化。與SCF不同，F(xiàn)lt3配體對肥大細(xì)胞不發(fā)揮活性。Flt3配體的多種異構(gòu)體已被鑒定，主要的生物活性形式作為跨膜蛋白的細(xì)胞外結(jié)構(gòu)域錨定在細(xì)胞表面（209 a.a.）。膜結(jié)合的同種型可以被蛋白水解裂解以產(chǎn)生具有生物活性的可溶性同種型。
