          背景概述
          

          

          

          

          


          腸道通透性增加和相關(guān)體重減輕是DSS結(jié)腸炎動物模型的常?特征。D-甘露醇是?種惰性小碳水化合物分?，可沿整個隱窩-絨毛軸吸收，?于評估體內(nèi)腸道通透性。

          實驗步驟
          

          

          

          

          


          1. 以商業(yè)代乳粉配?飲?，每天喂食三次，直到實驗結(jié)束；
          


          2. 將動物分為陽性對照組（Pos），陰性對照組（Neg），實驗組（Trp）;
          


          3. 陽性對照組（Pos）：灌注DSS;陰性對照組（Neg）：灌注生理鹽水;實驗組（Trp）:灌注DSS+治療藥物；
          


          4. 每只小豬每日攝入量1.25g DSS/kg，灌注5天。
